Review My Claim team is amongst the Financial Times’ most innovative lawyers

Emsleys Solicitors, the legal firm behind Review My Claim, has been acknowledged in the 2015 Financial Times’ Innovative Lawyers report for the second year running. Emsleys has achieved a ‘stand-out’ ranking for ‘Innovation in Growth in Business Development’ and is placed alongside national and international law firms.

The report recognises Emsleys’ Review My Claim (RMC) service, which aims to combat poor legal advice and client service. Launched in 2013, RMC aims to help genuine accident victims by informing them of their right to an alternative personal injury solicitor if they are dissatisfied with the service they have received or the compensation offered.

The FT commendation follows a successful month in which Emsleys celebrated achieving a ‘Recommended’ status in the Legal 500 rankings for the third year running, as well as being shortlisted in two categories for the Law Society’s Excellence Awards.
